Our list of services with descriptions are listed below. We can offer home visits if the issues you are experiencing require this. Although we do prefer to repair your devices at our site in Reeth. We cannot yet offer yet offer a guaranteed turn around time as we are dependent on weekly workload. What we can guarantee are regular progress and diagnosis updates.

We will endeavor to protect your data during repair but cannot be held responsible for any loss of data. There is always a risk of data loss during repairs.
Costs of all work
When it comes to any fault finding and fix, we will need to book your device in for Diagnostics, in order to figure out the work we will need to undertake.
The cost of the Labour for all of our work on average is £70 and a max of £100.
This cost will cover all the work that needs to be carried out on the device, no matter how much time we need to spend on it. The costs do not include the cost of any components or additional software that may need purchasing.
For every job we will regularly keep you updated and will not commit you to any costs, until you have agreed that you are happy for us to proceed.
We will always take into consideration where the cost of any work would cost more that the cost of replacing your device. If the time it takes us to discover this is less than 2 hours, we will not charge you anything for our work.
Computer Will Not Start
It can be very worrying when you sit down to start your computer and it will not turn on. It may turn on but then turn off again after a few seconds. Alternatively you have a blank screen or a screen full of errors.
Software Upgrades
The most common upgrade that can be a little tricky are Windows or other operating system upgrades. You need to be very careful as improvements are not guaranteed. Incorrectly installing windows for instance could degrade the performance of your computer.
There are also many applications or even your system devices that would benefit from the latest software releases. We can advise you before taking any action.

Protect your Data (Backups)
Are you very worried about losing your data. If you want to protect precious photos or documents you have no other option. You need a regular backup method.
We can help you setup regular scheduled backups. All under your control for peace of mind. The cost is surprisingly very low.
All to often we see computers with hard disk corruptions and lost data. Our Data Recovery service can retrieve some of that data but much can be lost for ever.
Data Recovery (Lost Files)
Have you lost or deleted a file or photo that is very important to you?
Although deleted they can often be retrieved. You should call us as soon as possible and try not to use your computer. Further use may overwrite that file.
Hardware Upgrades
Find out what you can do to improve your computer performance and capacity. Most computers are expandable. They come with spare capacity to add extra memory, disk and other hardware. Meaning you do not need to buy a new computer,
Speed Up Slow PC or Laptop
Computers, just like your car, need regular maintenance. At least one service every six months of use.
This service includes optimising the operating system, deleting unwanted applications and files. Windows for instance, has a regular habit of downloading files, updates and other applications without you realising. This service validates all of these downloads and updates. We can also set your computer to prevent these.
Unwanted downloads will be using your system resources and slowing your computer down.
By using this service, your computers life will be prolonged. Meaning you do not have to purchase a new computer.
Virus & Malware Detection
You may be experiencing strange messages popping up on your screen. Your computer seems to be constantly writing to disk or seems to have a life of its own. If you experience these your computer may have a virus or downloaded malware. Please phone us to discuss and we can advise if we think you have anything to be concerned about. Most often it will not be anything to worry about.
